How do I download my purchase?
After checkout, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also download from your account page at any time.
What file formats do you use?
Most products are .xlsx (Excel) files that also work in Google Sheets and LibreOffice. Some products include PDF, Canva, or PowerPoint files — check the product description for details.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If you have an issue with a product (corrupted file, missing content), contact us and we will make it right.
Can I use these for my business?
Yes. All products include a personal and small business use license. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.
